One of the many pop-culture "inventory" series telecast by the E! Entertainment cable network, 101 Juiciest Hollywood Hookups bore perhaps one of the most self-explanatory titles in TV history. With breezy irreverence, the program detailed the romantic adventures (and sometimes misadventures) of such celebrated couples as Kathie Lee and Frank Gifford, Charlie Sheen and Ginger Lynn, John F. Kennedy Jr. and Darryl Hannah, Lisa Marie Presley and Nicolas Cage, and Drew Barrymore and Tom Green. Not surprisingly, a few episodes overlapped, notably those featuring such capricious spirts as Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, and Jennifer Lopez. 101 Juiciest Hollywood Hookups began its limited nightly run on October 5, 2003, capped with the standard marathon telecast of all five episodes.
