Madonna's controversial 1991 documentary account of her {~Blonde Ambition tour comes to DVD with a widescreen 1.85:1 transfer on this disc. Considering it was released in 1997, one can't expect much in the way of extras, and Madonna: Truth or Dare is definitely not a feature-packed DVD. With a digitally mastered soundtrack in Dolby Digital 5.1, interactive menus, production notes, scene access, cast and crew bios, theatrical trailers, and subtitles in English, Spanish, and French, the DVD is adequate at best, though with the cult following behind the film, it's doubtful just having the film on a digital format won't be enough for fans.
