As with almost all of the James Bond discs, The Man With the Golden Gun gets five-star treatment. The picture is a crisp widescreen anamorphic 1.66:1 transfer. The English soundtrack is rendered in Dolby Digital Surround and is closed-captioned. Spanish and French subtitles are accessible. Supplemental materials include a feature-length audio commentary by director Guy Hamilton, a "making of" documentary, a second documentary about stunt work done on the film, a stills gallery, theatrical trailers, original television commercials, radio spots, and a "making of" booklet. This is another in the series of successful releases of James Bond DVDs.
