This made-for-TV documentary is presented full-frame with archival sepia footage mixed in with classic black-and-white film clips and modern color footage. It all looks very good, and the wall-to-wall electronica soundtrack is paced to keep up with the breathless pace of the moving images, which zoom by at a rate that would make MTV film editors bleary eyed. There are no supplements.
