Harmony Korine's disturbing psychological drama Julien Donkey-Boy comes to DVD with a widescreen anamorphic transfer that preserves the original theatrical aspect ratio of 1.85:1. The English soundtrack is rendered in Dolby Digital Stereo. English subtitles are accessible. Supplemental materials include a theatrical trailer, deleted scenes, cast and crew filmographies, and an odd featurette. Whatever one thinks about the very difficult film, New Line has done a very good job with this release.
