biography
Multi-talented Tony Azito spent most of his career on stage and only occasionally appeared in feature films. He had been on stage since the mid-'70s. In 1980, he won a Tony for his work in The Pirates of Penzance. Two years later, he reprised his role in the film version. Fans of Barry Sonnenfeld's The Addams Family (1991) may remember Azito for playing Digit Addams.
