For many fans, the image of fair-haired actress Stephanie March includes a pair of black horn-rimmed glasses, which she wore for the role of Assistant District Attorney Alexandra Cabot on the series Law & Order: SVU. The role was one of the Texas native's first TV gigs, and she remained with the series from 2000 to 2004. March then appeared in a number of other projects, like the Angelina Jolie spy movie Mr. and Mrs. Smith, before reprising the role of Alexandra Cabot for the Law & Order spinoff Conviction. The show only made it for one season, but March was still in high demand to play the role, returning to SVU to play Cabot in a handful of episodes in 2009. March married TV chef Bobby Flay in 2005. She's also cultivated a career on-stage, appearing in the 2007 Broadway production of Talk Radio.
