Ryan Dunn on AllMovie

Reality TV personality and daredevil Ryan Dunn grew up in New York and later Pennsylvania, where he joined the CKY Crew with his friend Bam Margera, filming stunts and dares. He soon took his talents to the Jackass crew in 2000, appearing on the TV show and in the subsequent movies -- memorably inserting a toy car into his rectum and then going into a radiologist's office, asking for an X-ray. Dunn continued working with his co-stars on various stunt-related projects, like Viva la Bam, but his life and career were cut short in June 2011 when he drove his Porsche off the road and hit a tree. He was 34.
