biography
Regis "Reg" Parton started out as a Hollywood stuntman in the 1940s and went on to play roles ranging from cowpokes to space aliens. His early credits include the Abbott and Costello fantasy Keep 'Em Flying (1941) and Backlash (1956). During the '50s, he specialized in westerns and in the '60s, Parton was a stunt coordinator for A.C. Lyles Paramount westerns. In addition to feature-film work, Parton has performed in numerous television series including Rawhide, Branded and The Green Hornet.
