With an impressive list of work ranging from 2001: A Space Odyssey (1968) to Aliens (1986) to Batman (1989), Oscar-nominated film editor Ray Lovejoy has worked with some of the most talented directors in Hollywood history. Other credits have included work with directors ranging from Peter Yates (Krull [1983], Year of the Comet [1992]) to Peter Medak (The Ruling Class [1972], Let Him Have It [1991]). On October 18, 2001, Lovejoy died of natural causes in London, England. He was 62.
