Screenwriter for the science fiction/horror gorefest Event Horizon (which spent five years in limbo before being sold to Paramount and helmed by director Paul Anderson), Philip Eisner has had several other projects in various stages of development, most of them dealing with death and what lies beyond. He also turned in a draft for a cinematic adaptation of The Mutant Chronicles.
