biography
Composer and conductor Phil Moore started out as a rehearsal accompanist for MGM in 1941. During the five years he worked there, he wrote freelance scores for such studios as RKO and Paramount. Later, Moore and his wife formed the Get Your Act Together school of singing in Hollywood.
