A young actor from Cyprus, U.K.-educated Paul Ralli was brought to Hollywood by talent agent (and later producer) Fanchon Royer. Ralli earned good roles in such films as Show People (1928) and Married in Hollywood (1929) before sound demoted him to extra work and bit parts.
