biography
Pastor Vega is a Cuban filmmaker and Head of Foreign Relations at ICAIC, the Cuban national film institute. He began his career as a documentarist who worked on many different topics. While heading the ICAIC, he wrote and directed three feature films, starring his wife Daysi Granados--one of Cuba's most famous actresses.
