Of the 30 films in which Finnish actor Matti Pellonpaa starred, 18 of them were for the brothers Aki and Mika Kaurismäki. Fans of the brothers' Leningrad Cowboys films may recognize Pellonpaa for playing Vladimir, the group's self-serving business manager.
