biography
Producer and co-producer Michael Klinger was behind a number of British films from the mid-'60s through 1981. He got his start as a film exhibitor-distributor and at one time was in charge of nearly 30 theaters. He became a producer in 1965 when he and Gene Gutowski backed Polanski's Repulsion.
