biography
Leonard Ho was the co-founder and president of Hong Kong's enormous Golden Harvest Studios, one of the most influential and prolific movie empires in Asia. He himself produced over 500 films. Before creating the studio in 1971 with partner Raymond Chow, Ho spent 11 years heading the Shaw Brothers studio. When not working, Ho was a generous contributor and worker for charities in Hong Kong and the U.S.
