French supporting actor Jean Bouise was one of the founders and stars of the Theatre de la Cite during the 1950s. He did not enter films until the mid 1960s. and continued to work steadily until his death in the late 1980s. In films, Bouise frequently worked with directors Costa-Gavras and Luc Besson.
