Frank Duncan on AllMovie

Character actor Frank Duncan was born in Switzerland, but educated in England where he launched his acting career with the Sheffield Repertory Company in the early '40s. He made his film debut in One of Our Aircraft Is Missing (1941). In addition to his film work, Duncan spent 20 years on the British television series What the Papers Say. He also occasionally appeared on other television series, including Lovejoy.
