biography
Veteran film editor Douglas Stewart worked on many major features of the '70s and '80s, including The Great Northfield Minnesota Raid (1972), Philip Kaufman's remake of Invasion of the Body Snatchers (1980) and Jinxed (1982). In 1983, Stewart shared an Oscar with colleagues Glenn Farr,Lisa Fruchtman, Stephen A. Rotter and Tom Rolf for the editing of The Right Stuff.
