biography
One of Mack Sennett's original "Bathing Beauties," blonde Claire Anderson was rather poignantly described by Keystone biographer Kalton C. Lahue as "one of the dependable and popular Triangle actresses whose popularity with audiences was never touched by the magic of stardom." Long associated with various Triangle companies (of which Keystone was but one), Anderson did star in several films, including the 1920 serial The Fatal Sign. She retired in the late 1920s.
