biography
The daughter of actress Carroll Baker and director Jack Garfein, supporting actress Blanche Baker has worked on stage, screen, and television. A graduate of Wellesley College, MA, she first became known for her Emmy-winning performance as Anna Weiss in the landmark television miniseries Holocaust (1978). In 1981, Baker debuted on Broadway starring in Lolita. She has since gone on to play roles in a variety of feature films, including Dead Funny (1995).
