biography
According to his official studio bio writer, Arch B. Heath entered film in 1914 to create propaganda for Woodrow Wilson. As a director/writer, Heath later specialized in action serials, helming four for genre leader Pathé in the late '20s and later collaborated on the screenplays of such stellar examples as The White Eagle (1941) and The Adventures of Captain Marvel (1941).
