Amanda Pays on AllMovie

Leading and supporting actress of feature films and television, Amanda Pays made her film debut in Oxford Blues (1984). She is best known for appearing in science fiction outings such as The Kindred (1987) and Leviathan (1989). On television, Pays appeared in both the pilot and the subsequent BBC sci-fi/comedy series Max Headroom (1987) with Matt Frewer. She also appeared in both the pilot and the series for the comic book-style adventure The Flash (1990-1991) and its sequel. She has also performed in a CD-ROM release, Privateer 2: The Darkening. Both Pays' parents, Howard Pays and Joan Miller, are actors. Pays is married to television actor Corbin Bernsen.
