biography
Alan Alch was primarily a song lyricist who occasionally penned screenplays. In the former capacity, he is best known for his television work, which includes the theme song for the Chuck Connors' Western Branded. He also penned advertising jingles and songs for such performers as Mae West and the Ritz Brothers.
